View Villa 2 Gallery 3 bedroom luxury villas with sea views in Protaras only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and sea. These villas have been furnished to a very high luxury modern standard. Each villa has a private swimming pool with sunbeds and outside furniture.
The sitting room, dining area and kitchen are open planned. There is a cloakroom to the ground floor.
Each bedroom has a verandah with sea views.
Bedroom 1 has an en-suite there is also a separate bathroom.
There are two other bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher.
Maid service is daily with an extensive clean once a week. Linen is changed every third day. All linen and towels are provided.
Satellite TV and air conditioning is included.

Apartments 1 & 2 have extremely large terraces and are on the first floor and apartment 3 terrace is slightly smaller on the second floor. Each terrace has sunbeds and dining furniture. There is a lift to each floor.
