How to book with MedWeds
Booking form
We do not require a deposit until we have booked your wedding for you, once we have confirmed your wedding date and time we will then request you to complete our Booking Form (please use black ink) and send this along with your deposit. Please always ensure you complete the top section of our Booking Form, both bride and groom to sign and date our Booking Form.
How to pay
All deposits can be paid by credit card in Euros with a completed fax authorisation. Or sometimes with the initial deposit we will accept your deposit transferred into our UK bank account.
Once you have completed our Booking Form and fax authorsation please fax this to us on 0870 442 0672 or 00357 23814090. If you prefer you can scan both the documents to us.
Approximately 24 - 20 weeks prior to your wedding date we will contact you for your final requirements, and then your final payment is required 16 weeks prior to your wedding date.
