What do MedWeds do for their fees?

• There is a large amount of paperwork involved in what we provide within our Wedding Arrangement fee.
  
  
• We book the Town Hall - Church (if applicable), Hotel (if applicable),Yacht (if applicable) which involves telephone calls, emails and faxing and ensuring we have written confirmation.
  
  
• Once you book with us we send a sample of the Statutory Declaration required.
  
  
• We correspond prior to your wedding with yourselves and telephone, if necessary.
  
  
• We email an appointment letter prior to your arrival in Cyprus. So you know before you arrive when our meeting is.
  
  
• Our Accounts Department is involved in sending Invoices and Receipts and checking what all your final requirements and often having to chase up on what is required.
  
  
• We request our Booking Form to be returned within 14 days from the date of your wedding is confirmed to you, when this is received within the 14days we are pleased to give you a one tier regal/royal iced Madeira/sponge wedding cake on your wedding day and a bottle of Champagne at your first meeting in Cyprus.
  
  
• We request you to send copies of all your legal paperwork for us to check so that when you arrive in Cyprus everything is correct.
  
  
• We put together Welcome packs of all the information you require for your wedding once you arrive in Cyprus.
  
  
• We meet with you normally the day after arrival in Cyprus and go through all your wedding arrangements and complete the necessary form to go to the Town Hall to obtain your Marriage Licence.
  
  
• We personally take you in our MedWeds company car to the Town Hall to obtain your Marriage Licence, so there is no cost to you. Unlike other companies where you will have to pay for a taxi.
  
  
• We will also arrange for your reception in one of the restaurant/taverna’s we recommend. If you are marrying in a hotel we will send you menus and help with any arrangements.
  
  
• If you book one of our Collections we always offer a pre-wedding meeting, you do not need to accept this.
  
  
• On your wedding day we have 2 wedding co-ordinators to start every wedding.
  
  
• One wedding co-ordinator will stay with the wedding party until the last professional photograph is taken.
  
  
• We arrange for the cake to be delivered to the reception venue or take this ourselves. We can also have a large decoration service we can offer in certain venues.
  
  
• The day after your wedding our wedding co-ordinator will deliver the proofs of your wedding photographs and then arrange to collect your order or you can fax this order to our office.
  
  
• A final meeting is given to you to deliver all the photography and discuss your wedding and to collect our ‘What did you think’ recommendation form.
  
  
• Several people within our offices are involved in continually checking everything is correct.
  
  
• We appoint your own wedding co-ordinate to look after you when you are in resort.
