Paphos is a delightful little
town split into two areas, the tourist area of Kato Paphos has a picturesque
harbour where you can sample some of the locally caught fish in the
many restaurants available along the quayside. Paphos Town known as
Ktima has thriving local shops along with interesting ancient Churches
and museums. There is an abundance of Hellenistic and Roman remains
with splendid mosaics in the Houses of Dionysos, Theseus, Aion and Orpheus.
The fascinating Tombs of the Kings are a setting for many TV and film
productions.

Set on the ancient site known as St Paul’s Pillar, this unique Byzantine-style Church dates from the 12th century. The Church has been renovated in recent years to create a beautiful setting for your wedding.
It is also surrounded by Roman ruins and mosaics. The Church can be used for both Anglican and Catholic weddings (please see the days available) and has easy access for wheelchair users.
This venue is perfect for couples who require a Church service for small or larger wedding groups., It is situated centrally and within easy reach of the tourist areas of Paphos.

| Geroskipou (Civil Weddings) |
Kato Vrisi at Geroskipou is an ancient water supply
reservoir, since antiquity and up the last few years used to supply
people and animals alike with water to quench their thirst, thus refreshing
everyone!
The fountain of Kato Vrisi was visited during the past by foreign and
Greek travellers who have left some very interesting and important accounts.
All of these have a common characteristic, and reports about the Baths
of Aphrodite.
This area has now been beautifully restored and there is a large grassed
area and distant views of the sea. A complimentary bottle of Champagne
is opened after the ceremony for the bride and groom to toast their
new future together.

The hotel can offer civil weddings in the grounds. There is also a Chapel where you can have an Anglican or Catholic wedding. Blessings and renewal of Vows are also available.
The Azia offers accommodation in either the Azia Club & Spa or the Azia Blue. It has an excellent spa using only the best products, if you are resident or non-resident at the hotel we can arrange Spa days or just one off treatments.

| Hotel weddings – Elysium (Civil, Anglican & Catholic weddings) |
A civil wedding in the hotel grounds at either the amphitheatre or in one of the air-conditioned rooms within the hotel is available. We can also arrange for an Anglican or Catholic wedding to be performed in the Chapel which is in the grounds of the hotel. A civil ceremony must precede a Catholic wedding. Blessings or Renewal of Vows are also available.

A wedding with a difference! Paphos Bird Park is an unusual and beautiful setting to exchange your wedding vows. Your ceremony will take place in a private area set beside a pretty pond under the shade of a canopy. | Paphos Town Hall (Civil Weddings) |
Civil Weddings are held in the Town Hall Monday-Friday and are conducted by the Mayor or a member of the municipality. The ceremony is held in a private air-conditioned room and is perfect for guests of up to 20 people. An alternative room is available on request for larger wedding parties.
This venue is perfect for couples who require a private ceremony in a air-conditioned room that is centrally located in Paphos Town.
New for 2008 – Weddings will be available in the gardens of the Town Hall

| St George Church (Anglican and Catholic Weddings) |

St George Church is a famous landmark situated in front of the St George hotel and is over 40 years old with stunning interior frescoes.
An Anglican or Catholic wedding can be performed on the days listed. The Church can only seat approximately 25 people and the maximum the Church can accommodate is 35 persons. If you have a larger wedding group than this then we recommend you consider Ayia Kyriaki (St Paul’s Pillar)
Please note there are many steps leading up the Church which is unsuitable for disabled access.

Civil weddings or Anglican weddings are available on all the yachts followed by your wedding reception. The yacht will be moored to the harbour whilst your wedding ceremony takes place before departing on your Mediterranean cruise. The yachts are decorated with balloons, ribbons and rosettes and will be exclusive to you. There is a choice of yachts, menus and packages.
Wedding receptions only are also available.
If you have another reception in mind then why not mix the two and spend a couple of hours on a yacht and then spend the evening at one of our other venues?

| Catamaran |
Civil or Anglican weddings are available on the Catamaran, and afterwards what could be more romantic than hosting your wedding reception onboard a Catamaran? Cruise along the coastline as the sun sets leaving you with images to relive your special day. Exquisite sunsets, sparkling waters, afternoon breezes and stunning coastlines. The Catamaran will also be decorated. There is a choice of packages and menus.
