Just a few kilometres from Ayia Napa is the popular area of Protaras, with an abundance of beautiful sandy beaches, the most well known being 'Fig Tree Bay'. Protaras offers a multitude of interesting tavernas to sample the local Cypriot specialities.

Capo Bay Hotel (Civil Weddings)

The Capo Bay is an excellent hotel for holding your wedding in Cyprus.  Civil weddings can be held at the hotel along with Blessings or Renewal of Vows.  There is an air-conditioned wedding room or outside gazebo. Photo 2 is decorated by MedWeds with burgundy to the ceremony table and photo 3 is the ceremony table and back drop decorated in pale pink by MedWeds.  The silk flowers are also provided by MedWeds.  There is a large choice of colours to choose from..  For 2009 you can hold your wedding reception at the Pavilion or the Bay View Terrace .  The 5th photo is of the Pavilion decorated by MedWeds and the 6th photo is of the Bay View terrace decorated by MedWeds.  The hotel only provides white linen no other decoration.  ONLY ONE WEDDING A DAY ACCEPTED BY THE HOTEL FOR 2009.  MANY DATES ALREADY FULLY BOOKED PLEASE CONTACT US URGENTLY TO BOOK YOUR 2009 WEDDING View Gallery | View Costs

Golden Coast Beach Hotel (Civil Weddings)
The Golden Coast offers civil weddings in the grounds of the hotel, where you can marry overlooking the Mediterranean. The Municipality will come to the hotel to perform your wedding ceremony. View Gallery | View Costs

Golden Coast Beach Hotel (Anglican Chapel Weddings)
	This quaint little Chapel is set in a private area to the side of the hotel with a water fountain close by.  Residents and non -residents are welcome.  If your guest list is too large for the size of the Chapel then your wedding can be set up outside the Chapel. View Gallery | View Costs

Grecian Park Hotel (Civil Weddings)

The Grecian Park is a wonderful setting for your wedding.  The wedding ceremony is performed on a private grassed area with a canopy overlooking the Konnos Bay.  This bay is ideal for swimming and relaxing on the sandy beach. You must be resident at the hotel to marry at this venue.  For your reception there is the Seaview Marquee and Seaview Gazebo available which MedWeds can decorate for you.  For larger receptions the Poolside Bar is available.  If you wish to have a DJ in the evening then the White Bar is available for you to have a private wedding party. Paralimni Town Hall (Civil Weddings)
	The Paralimni Town Hall is an excellent venue for your wedding. With a plush white carpet to sweep you down the aisle, and beautifully arranged candle and flower displays. The lights are dimmed allowing the candles to make a very romantic setting. View Gallery | View Costs

St Elias Gardens

The Municipality have created a new garden venue for weddings in the St Elias Gardens.  MedWeds have used these gardens for photography over the seven year’s we have been co-ordinating weddings.  It is a relaxing area to enjoy your photography, and now you can marry in the grounds! We can provide a horse and carriage to take the bride to the gardens and then the bride and groom can leave for their reception venue with plenty of photo opportunities for everyone. Sunrise Beach Hotel (Civil Weddings)

The Sunrise Beach Hotel is on a beautiful sandy beach over looking the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean in Protaras.  With the Mediterranean on one side of the hotel and an abundance of restaurants, tavernas and bars to the rear of the hotel, this makes this hotel an ideal situation for everyone. The hotel has become very popular for weddings and two are performed each day at the hotel with two excellent outdoor venues in different areas of the hotel.  There is the Othello Terrace and the Sea View Garden Deck. Photos 1, 2, 3 & 4 are of the Sea View Garden Deck and weddings are normally performed in these areas later in the afternoon, whereas photos 5 & 6 are of the Othello Terrace.  Photos 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 have been decorated by MedWeds.
