The Olympian Collections include everything you need to marry in Cyprus except the Marriage Licence & Church fees (if applicable) which are required to be paid by yourselves as follows.
The Marriage Licence fee is CY£165* to be paid in Cypriot cash by yourself at the Town Hall appointment which we will arrange for you. If you have booked an Anglican Church wedding the relevant Church fees are to be paid by yourself direct to the Church in Cypriot cash at your first meeting which is CY£300.
All Catholic weddings must be preceded with a Civil wedding. A donation of CY£250 is required to pay the Catholic Church.
If you decide to cancel your Anglican Church wedding there is a cancellation fee of CY£150 to be paid to the Church by yourselves. |

MedWeds Wedding Arrangement fee to make all the necessary arrangements prior to your arrival in Cyprus for your wedding as follows.
MedWeds wedding co-ordinator will meet with you normally the day after you arrive in Cyprus for a complimentary welcome drink and go through the paperwork required to obtain your Marriage Licence and all your arrangements for your wedding day.
Attendance by MedWeds and transport to the Town Hall to obtain your Marriage Licence, where you will be required to submit all your paperwork to enable the Town Hall to obtain your licence to marry.
MedWeds will double check the arrangements for your wedding day. We will also meet with you for a pre wedding meeting, if you wish.
On your wedding day MedWeds wedding co-ordinator will arrive in plenty of time to deliver your flowers and stay with the bridal couple and wedding party throughout the wedding ceremony until the last professional photograph is taken, normally with the pretend cutting of the cake.
MedWeds are available to answer any queries you have regarding your wedding, and to help you as much or as little as you wish before and throughout your stay in Cyprus.
MedWeds take away the stress of all your arrangements while you can be relaxing in the sun before and after your wedding day.
These Collections cover all venues, if you are staying at the Columbia Beach Resort, Pissouri - Anassa Hotel, Polis – Larnaca, Polis or Latchi there is an additional fee of £100. Also if you are staying in a different area to where your wedding is booked you must inform MedWeds when booking and there is also an additional fee of £100.

Wedding cake(s)** some hotels have restrictions on wedding cakes from outside bakeries where MedWeds may not be able to supply your wedding cake(s), if this is the case MedWeds will refund the amount to you in your final requirements statement.
Loan of cake stand and decorated silver plated wedding knife for professional photography. If you require the cake stand and knife to be left for the duration of your reception, there is a deposit in cash to be paid in resort.
Handmade Bomboniere’s (favours) with 5 sugared almonds which represent Health, Happiness, Fertility, Long Life and Wealth for adults. There is a choice of Bomboniere’s for the ladies, gentlemen, children under 12 and babies under 2. Ladies have a choice of colour of tulle, gentlemen receive tuxedo boxes in the Artemis, Apollo and Aphrodite Collections. In the Athena and Hera Collections you can choose either tuxedo boxes or top hats. The top hats will be decorated to co-ordinate with the ladies tulle Bomboniere’s. Children under 12 receive children’s boxes filled with sweets. Babies under 2 receive baby boxes filled with white chocolate.
Handmade place cards with individual names made from ivory or white card with colour of decorations to suit your wedding theme are included in the Aphrodite, Athena & Hera Collection.
Bottle of French Champagne is given at our first meeting in all Collections. This Champagne is for personal use and cannot be used at your wedding reception.
Bouquets of flowers for the bride, bridesmaids, buttonholes and corsages are as stated in each Collection. There is a choice of flowers in the Athena & Hera Collections of either carnations, roses, lilies, cala lilies (only in season approximately April/beginning May) or gerberas.
24 Photos (Zeus) 36 Photos with a white wedding album (all other Collections) (without negatives).
30cm x 40cm enlarged photo, one may be selected (without frame) supplied in the Athena and Hera Collection.
A DVD is included in the Apollo, Aphrodite, Athena and Hera Collections.
20 seater mini bus to transport guests from the bride and groom’s accommodation to wedding venue and onto the reception is included in the Athena Collection. If you require transport after your reception we will be pleased to arrange this for you.
57*** seater coach or 30*** seater village bus available in Ayia Napa/Protaras area or 55***seater coach or 35***seater village bus in Paphos to transport guests from the bride and groom’s accommodation to wedding venue and onto the reception in the Hera Collection. If you require transport after your reception we will be pleased to arrange this for you.
Choice of Vintage car (Paphos), Mercedes Stretch limousine (Ayia Napa & Protaras) American Stretch Limousine (All areas) or Horse and Carriage (Ayia Napa, Derynia, Paphos and Protaras) is included in the Hera Collection.
White towelling dressing gowns for the bride and groom are included in the Hera Collection (one size)
All wedding limousines are white Mercedes decorated with ribbons. In the Paphos area only 4 seater limousines are available. In the Ayia Napa/Protaras area we provide a 4 seater limousine in the Artemis Collection and a 6 seater limousine in the Apollo Collection. One 4 seater and one 6 seater limousine is provided in the Aphrodite Collection. Two 6 seater limousines are provided in the Athena Collection. One 6 seater and one special 6**** seater limousine is provided in the Hera Collection.
Sunset cruise for the bridal couple is included in the Hera Collection. Available in Ayia Napa, Derynia, Paphos and Protaras (subject to weather conditions)
