What a superb villa Bay View has turned out to be! Situated in a quiet area of Latchi behind the harbour and close to our villa Niki. The villa is at the end of an unmade lane and so benefits from no passing traffic and its slightly elevated position ensures complete privacy. The views to the sea around Latchi and the green hills inland are magnificent. Set in a very large plot and bordered by olive trees and vineyards, this modern, bungalow style building comes complete with garage beneath. Description A short flight of steps leads up to the main entrance under a pillared porch. The doors open to a small entrance lobby and off to the left hand side is the comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge, which has satellite TV (limited channels), CD player and a large picture window facing towards the sea. Next to this is the dining area, which has patio doors to the front and side and leads out to a spacious terrace area, ideal for sitting, soaking up the sun and dining al-fresco. The kitchen leads off from the dining area, is beautifully fitted and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. The brick built barbeque can be found off from the kitchen. In a separate utility room behind the kitchen is a washing machine for your added convenience. A short hallway leads to the first of the bedrooms. This is a twin bedded room with large picture windows overlooking the vineyards to the rear of the property. Adjacent to this is a cloakroom with WC. The further four bedrooms are to be found on the opposite side of the house leading off the entrance hall and on different levels. There is a pretty twin with en-suite shower room and WC and patio doors lead to a balcony at the rear of the villa. Next to this is another twin bedded room with shower room and WC en-suite and again this has patio doors to a balcony to the side of the villa. There is also a room with Jacuzzi bath (bath only, no WC or basin) situated on this level. The master double bedroom boasts dressing area and full bathroom en-suite. This has patio doors to a balcony with both pool and sea views. Finally to complete the accommodation there is another twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. This has a small balcony again with views of the pool and sea. All rooms are air conditioned. Outside the 10 metre pool, which has steps into the shallow end with handrail and is surrounded by paved sun terraces and well tendered lawned garden. The whole area is well furnished for living and dining outdoors and because of its elevated position catches the sun and a lovely sea breeze. A really super large family villa offering the highest standard of accomodation and early booking is highly recommended.
