Villa Marianne boasts lovely views to the sea around Coral Bay from its front terraces and towards the pretty hillside village of Pegeia to the rear. What a large impressive whitewashed villa this is with spacious terraces and garden areas. Description You reach the house up a short flight of steps to the main entrance. This in turn leads into a hall, which contains a rather grand curved marble staircase. To the left is the most comfortably furnished lounge with sofas and chairs, which looks onto the front of the property and to the right of the hall is the spacious dining area. In the big bay window is a further informal lounge, again most comfortably furnished with satellite TV (limited channels)and CD player. The spacious breakfast/kitchen leads off from here and patio doors lead onto the front veranda and pool area. The kitchen is well fitted and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. An inner hall leads to the first of the bedrooms, a twin with en-suite shower room and picture windows to the rear. Next to this room is a handy cloakroom with WC. The marble staircase leads up to the landing, which is light and airy due to the high domed ceiling and windows to all sides. Radiating from here is the master double bedroom, which boasts three picture windows and also has a balcony overlooking the pool with views towards Coral Bay and the sea. This bedroom has a good sized dressing area through which is reached the en-suite bathroom. Two pretty twin bedrooms and a full bathroom are also to be found on this level and finally the last twin bedroom has a small balcony to the rear and en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. For your added convenience on this landing also there is a small laundry room with washing machine. Outside the 10 metre rectangular pool is set amongst spacious terraces and is well furnished for living and relaxing outdoors.
