Surrounded by fruit trees and a banana plantation, so privacy is totally assured and the views are nothing short of breathtaking. Description You enter the villa directly into a very spacious and attractive lounge with two sets of patio doors facing towards the panoramic view. There is a satellite TV (limited channels), CD player and the area is fully air-conditioned. A breakfast bar with stools seperates the lounge from the kitchen diner. The well fitted kitchen has granite worktops, oak units, dining table, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A side door leads to the barbeque on the pool terrace. Off from the lounge area is the master double bedroom with patio doors to a side terrace. This also boasts a portable TV and hairdryer. This bedroom has en suite shower room and vanity unit, (no WC) whilst the cloakroom with WC is adjacent to the bedroom. A flight of stairs leads to the two further pretty bedrooms, both having twin beds and colourful matching fabrics. Each has portable TV and hairdryer. Both rooms have patio doors to a huge first floor terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs and offers breathtaking views of the coastline from Paphos to Coral Bay. A full family bathroom seperates these bedrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned. Outside the colourful terraces offer a barbeque area, outside shower and an 8 metre pool with shallow end and walk in steps for children. The area is well furnished for both relaxing and dining outdoors and watching those glorious sunsets. The owner has enclosed the patio with stone walls and railings, however, we feel that this villa is not suitable for toddlers. Also the last part of the private road is very steep and we would advise at least a group C car.
