Firstly the location. Panoramic views as far as the Akamas peninsular to the front, pretty villages and mountains to the side and rear and mandarin groves all round. Secondly the house itself. A sweeping round drive with central water feature greets your arrival. The tiled entrance leads into a spacious hallway with cloakroom and then extends into a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with two sets of patio doors leading out onto the front terrace and pool area. There is a satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, CD player and Sony Play Station 2 for your added enjoyment. The beautifully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and a side door leads to another patio area with outside seating. An inner hall leads to the first of the bedrooms, a twin with TV and ensuite shower and WC. This has patio doors to the front terrace. The second bedroom on this level is a double, again with TV and this has full bathroom en-suite and patio doors to the front terrace. Stairs lead to the first floor and three further bedrooms.
