It has stunning views over the bay and the Mediterranean beyond and is reached via a side road just off the main road to Coral Bay. The resort centre is no more than a 20 minute walk and there is a small selection of shops only a 5 minute stroll away. There are many arches, split levels and the tiling and general decor gives a bright and airy feel to the property. The main entrance leads into a spacious foyer, the focal point of which is a split level bar area and seating. A large picture window affords fabulous views to the bay and sea beyond. Steps also lead from this area to the lower ground floor, pool and terraces. A most spacious and comfortably furnished lounge is also to be found on this level. It has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and two sets of patio doors lead out onto the outside terrace offering ample seating to enjoy views of the bay. The well fitted dining kitchen has beamed ceiling and comes complete with microwave, built in fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area is divided from the kitchen by a breakfast bar and a side door leads down to the pool terrace below. An inner hall leads through an archway from the bar area to the three air conditioned bedrooms. The master double has full en-suite bathroom and patio doors lead onto a small terrace area. The second and third bedrooms are both twins and are at the opposite end of the hall. These share the attractive full family bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned at no extra charge. Outside colourful gardens with high hedges surround the villa and the 8 metre pool is set amongst spacious sun terraces with a shaded area for outdoor dining. There is a "kleftico" oven and barbeque to the side of the pool terrace and on the lower ground floor of the house is a small kitchen area with fridge, washing machine and a downstairs cloakroom with WC. Finally there is direct access through a small gate to a private path, which leads directly to the Coral Bay beach.
